Welcome to Decodelights! We create beautiful balloon decorations for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and more. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Booking is confirmed only after a minimum advance payment.
  • Full payment must be made before or on the day of the event.
  • Custom orders (e.g., name balloons, themed props) are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Prices may vary based on location, theme, or add-ons.

2. Decor Setup & Timing

  • Venue access must be available 3–4 hours before the event.
  • Delays in venue access may affect the final setup quality.
  • Setup details will be discussed at booking.

3. Balloon Quality & Lifespan

  • We use high-quality latex and foil balloons.
  • Balloon life depends on weather, AC, and handling.
  • Latex balloons generally last 8–10 hours indoors; foil balloons may last longer.

4. Safety Guidelines

  • Balloons are not toys — risk of choking for children under 8.
  • Keep away from sharp objects, heat, and fire.
  • We are not liable for injuries caused by misuse.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund for cancellations 3+ days before the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellations 2 days before the event.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Custom decor items are non-refundable.

6. Damage & Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage due to weather, venue restrictions, or guest interference.
  • Any loss/damage to our decor items (frames, stands, backdrops) will be chargeable.

7. Changes to Your Order

  • Minor changes (e.g., color/theme adjustments) must be given at least 2 days before the event.
  • Last-minute changes may not be possible or may incur extra charges.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • We may take photos of our setups for portfolio and marketing.
  • If you do not wish your event photos to be used, please inform us in advance.
